# DebtFix Partner Program Agreement _PLACEHOLDER TERMS — pending attorney review. Not legal advice. These will be replaced by counsel-approved terms before launch._ ## 1. The Program DebtFix, LLC operates a debt-settlement program. As an approved partner, you refer consumers to DebtFix using the tracking links and codes we provide. Participation begins only after DebtFix approves your application. ## 2. Approval & Suspension DebtFix may approve, decline, pause, or terminate your account — or any individual traffic sub-source — at any time, with or without cause. Paused or terminated traffic earns no compensation. ## 3. Marketing Conduct & Compliance (important) You will comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and state debt-relief laws. You will NOT: guarantee results or specific savings; misrepresent fees, savings, timelines, or DebtFix's services; imply government affiliation or that the program is a loan or credit repair; use deceptive, high-pressure, or prohibited claims. You are responsible for your marketing. DebtFix may require pre-approval of your creatives and landing pages. ## 4. Compensation DebtFix pays you per the rate card provided to you (which may include cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, per-qualifying-inbound-call, and/or revenue share). Rates, qualification criteria, hold periods, and minimum payout thresholds are set by DebtFix and may change prospectively. ## 5. Holds, Clawbacks & Payment Earnings are held for a review period before becoming payable. DebtFix may reverse or withhold compensation for cancellations within the applicable window, chargebacks, duplicate or fraudulent leads, non-compliant traffic, or violations of this Agreement. Payouts are made on DebtFix's schedule once your balance clears the minimum threshold. ## 6. Consumer Data & Privacy You will handle consumer data lawfully and obtain all required consents (including for calls and messaging). DebtFix does not share consumers' personal information with you; your reporting shows only your own aggregate performance and your own tracking tags. ## 7. Tax You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes. US partners must provide a valid W-9; DebtFix will issue a 1099 where required. ## 8. Term & Termination Either party may terminate at any time. Sections regarding compliance, clawbacks, confidentiality, and indemnification survive termination. ## 9. Confidentiality & Indemnification You will keep DebtFix's non-public information confidential and will indemnify DebtFix against claims arising from your marketing or breach of this Agreement. ## 10. Changes DebtFix may update these terms; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms. _By creating an account you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms._
